About this blog…well, as said in the header, it will give you a glimpse into my crazy world, basically my thoughts and ramblings. They are just random thoughts that I feel compelled to put into words. It could be about anything under the sun, absolutely anything. 🙂 I hope you find some sense in it…since I believe there must be so many other crazy people out there (Surely, I can’t be the only one!!!).
About ME : I (was and still) am named Roshni, and I guess I’ve grown to accept it as my name. In fact, I love my name. 😀 It means light (in Hindi) and I hope to bring light into the lives of people I know. I define myself as mad…but my definition of mad is slightly different from the dictionary one (mentally disturbed; deranged; insane; demented). Apart from the obvious meaning, I think mad is used for people who do not conform to the rules and customs of the society/world/culture. So, that’s what I am. MAD! And I’m proud to accept it! 🙂 I’m sure the posts in this blog will be evidence enough to convince you. I’m a very cheerful, optimistic person who believes life should be lived, each moment to the full, each day like your last. I believe life is a compilation of experiences, one big experience in itself. So, I try to gather new experiences that will enrich and add zeal to life.
I hail from: My homeland is Kerala but I was born and brought up in RAK, UAE. But home, for me, definitely is RAK!
My interests: I’m crazy about books…rather than read, I think devour is a better word to describe my ‘reading habits’. I’m passionate about writing. I feel happiest and most peaceful when I’m writing. Apart from reading & writing, I love listening to music (can’t live without it!!), travelling, talking, being with friends, making friends and thinking. 😀 I suppose I should also add blogging to the list!!
